Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Smart Water: AI Insights ("Uygulama") uygulamasını kullandığınızda bilgilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve paylaşıldığını açıklar. Gizliliğiniz bizim için önemlidir ve kişisel verilerinizi korumayı taahhüt ediyoruz.
1. Toplanan Bilgiler ve Kullanım
Uygulamamız, temel işlevlerini yerine getirmek için minimum düzeyde veri toplar. Verilerinizin büyük çoğunluğu yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır.
1.1. Kişisel Olmayan Veriler
Uygulamayı kullanımınız sırasında sağladığınız, kimliğinizi doğrudan doğrulamayan bilgilerdir:
- Günlük su tüketim miktarı
- Belirlediğiniz günlük hedefler
- Hatırlatma tercihleri (saatler, aralıklar)
- Uygulama ayarları (tema, bildirim sesi vb.)
- Kullanıcı profili verileri (Kilo, aktivite seviyesi - Sadece su ihtiyacını hesaplamak için kullanılır, sunuculara gönderilmez)
1.2. Sağlık Verileri (Apple Health / HealthKit)
Uygulamamız, su tüketim verilerinizi Apple Health (Sağlık) uygulaması ile senkronize etme seçeneği sunar.
- İzin: Bu özellik yalnızca siz açıkça izin verirseniz çalışır.
- Veri Yazma: Su tüketim verileriniz Apple Health'e "Su" (Dietary Water) kategorisi altına yazılır.
- Veri Okuma: Uygulamamız Apple Health'ten herhangi bir veri okumaz veya toplamaz.
- Gizlilik: Apple Health verileri asla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya reklam amaçlı kullanılmaz.
2. Verilerin Saklanması
- Yerel Depolama: Su tüketim geçmişiniz, istatistikleriniz ve tercihleriniz cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında (AsyncStorage) saklanır.
- Silme: Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırdığınızda, yerel olarak saklanan tüm veriler silinir (Apple Health'e yazılmış veriler Apple Health uygulamasında kalabilir).
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulamanın geliştirilmesi ve sürdürülmesi için güvenilir üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıları ile çalışabiliriz.
3.1. Uygulama İçi Satın Almalar (RevenueCat)
Premium özelliklere erişim sağlamak için yaptığınız satın alma işlemleri, RevenueCat altyapısı üzerinden yönetilebilir.
- Ödeme işlemleri doğrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play Store tarafından işlenir.
- Kredi kartı bilgileriniz uygulamamız tarafından görülmez ve saklanmaz.
- Sadece abonelik durumu (aktif/pasif) bilgisi işlenir.
4. İzinler
Uygulama, size en iyi deneyimi sunmak için aşağıdaki izinleri isteyebilir:
- Bildirimler: Size su içmenizi hatırlatmak için.
- Apple Health: Su tüketim verilerinizi Sağlık uygulamasına kaydetmek için (iOS).
Bu izinleri istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
5. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulamamız özellikle 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamıyoruz.
6. Veri Güvenliği
Verilerinizi korumak için endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri uyguluyoruz. Ancak, internet üzerinden hiçbir iletimin veya elektronik depolama yönteminin %100 güvenli olmadığını lütfen unutmayın.
7. Bu Politikadaki Değişiklikler
Gizlilik politikamızı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Herhangi bir değişiklik olduğunda, bu sayfada yeni gizlilik politikasını yayınlayarak sizi bilgilendireceğiz.

This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and shared when you use Smart Water: AI Insights ("the App"). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal data.
1. Information Collection and Use
Our app collects minimal data to perform its core functions. Most of your data is stored locally on your device only.
1.1. Non-Personal Data
This is information provided during your use of the App that does not directly identify you:
- Daily water consumption amount
- Daily goals set by you
- Reminder preferences (times, intervals)
- App settings (theme, notification sound, etc.)
- User profile data (Weight, activity level - Used only to calculate water needs, not sent to servers)
1.2. Health Data (Apple Health / HealthKit)
Our App offers the option to synchronize your water consumption data with the Apple Health app.
- Permission: This feature only works if you grant explicit permission.
- Data Writing: Your water consumption data is written to Apple Health under the "Water" (Dietary Water) category.
- Data Reading: Our App does not read or collect any data from Apple Health.
- Privacy: Apple Health data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
2. Data Storage
- Local Storage: Your water consumption history, statistics, and preferences are stored in your device's local storage (AsyncStorage).
- Deletion: When you remove the App from your device, all locally stored data is deleted (data written to Apple Health may remain in the Apple Health app).
3. Third-Party Services
We may work with trusted third-party service providers for the development and maintenance of the App.
3.1. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)
Purchases made to access Premium features may be managed via the RevenueCat infrastructure.
- Payment transactions are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Your credit card information is not seen or stored by our App.
- Only subscription status (active/passive) information is processed.
4. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions to provide you with the best experience:
- Notifications: To remind you to drink water.
- Apple Health: To save your water consumption data to the Health app (iOS).
You can turn off these permissions at any time from the device settings.
5. Children's Privacy
Our App is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If any changes occur, we will notify you by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
